Join our client’s team to elevate strategic sales communications through the art of visual storytelling, customized messaging, and impactful client presentations. Your role will be pivotal in crafting engaging sales pitches, partnership summaries, and consultative decks that captivate and resonate with diverse audiences. This position is hybrid onsite in Santa Monica, CA. Onward Search provides benefits for 40-hour work weeks and weekly paychecks (W2) for the duration of the contract.

Communications Coordinator Responsibilities:
Spearhead the complete development of sales presentations, including outlining, copywriting, designing, and coordinating stakeholder reviews.
Address complex narrative requirements for high-stakes clients or specific categories.
Deliver internal presentations to bolster communication strategies.
Oversee vendor projects, encompassing:
Print materials such as brochures and boards
Video content, including sizzles and case studies
Digital assets like emails and web pages
Branded merchandise
Contribute to communication and positioning strategies for various categories using data and insights.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Support senior team members on account and category initiatives.
Adapt to the dynamic needs and priorities of the business.
Communications Coordinator Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, advertising, or communications.
Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to transform insights and data into compelling narratives.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Strong visual design instincts and the ability to present ideas effectively.
Expertise in Keynote and/or PowerPoint, with the capability to independently create presentation decks.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Self-motivated with resourcefulness and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels.
Proficiency in Photoshop (preferred).
Experience in translating statistics and data into digestible insights for stakeholders (preferred).
A BA/BS degree is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate possesses strong experience.
