Job Summary
Pico, a ByteDance company, seeks a B2B SDK Support Engineer. Responsibilities include working with sales, TPM, and SDK teams to ensure project deliverables are met; troubleshooting SDK issues; collecting customer requirements; developing relationships with B2B clients; maintaining open-source libraries; creating technical documentation; and providing product support and demos. The role requires experience in SDK development (Unity, Unreal Engine, or native platforms), mobile app optimization, and software project management or technical support. VR/AR/MR and Android development experience are preferred. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70000 - $150000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
