Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will manage challenging business transformation projects for major players in the Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and Telco & Media sectors. You will streamline and re-engineer internal processes. You will be part of the Salesforce Team, helping clients improve the Customer experience, undertake digital transformation processes, and generate measurable results using Salesforce technologies, a market leader in CRM and digital marketing. You will contribute to the quality of services offered to clients. You will be accompanied by experienced colleagues and continuous, tailored training.
Must have:
  • Experience in CRM projects with integrations to other systems (e-commerce, POS, DWH).
  • Design and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM platforms (Zendesk, Pegasystems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Sales Automation, Customer engagement & Customer Journey design.
  • Knowledge of digitalization of sales, marketing, or customer service processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Your unique strengths

  • Aver preso parte a progetti di CRM con integrazioni rispetto ad altri sistemi (ecommerce, POS, DWH, altri sistemi legacy)

  • Progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni Salesforce Sales e Service Cloud (configurazione console, assegnazione e classificazione richieste di supporto, costruzione processi automatizzati, reporting, ...) ​

  • Conoscenza ed esperienza su Salesforce e/o altre piattaforme di CRM (Zendesk, Pegasystems, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, sugarCRM)

  • Conoscenza su tematiche di Digital Marketing, Sales Automation, Customer engagement & Customer Journey design.

  • Conoscenza su temi di digitalizzazione dei processi di vendita, di marketing o di assistenza alla clientela e processi di dematerializzazione.

  • Inglese parlato e scritto
