We are Spliced Inc. and we’re looking for a Senior Graphics Programmer.

The Role

One of the amazing things about this opportunity is the chance to get in at a relatively early stage on an exciting new AAA game.  You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining graphics systems technology, tailoring and optimizing them to deliver the highest quality game to our players.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and implementation of new cutting-edge graphics technology and improvements of existing Unreal Engine rendering features.
  • Keep up to date with the latest rendering techniques and tools, helping us to innovate, plan, and deliver full features.
  • Optimize and maintain performance and memory of the rendering system. 
  • Work with the Art and Tech Art to set memory and performance budgets. And assist them to debug and use more efficiently the different rendering features.

About You:

  • Demonstrable professional software development experience in the industry.
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine 4+/5
  • Experience shipping a AAA game title
  • Experience of working on consoles. (bonus if you have other platforms)
  • Knowledge of rendering systems and hardware architectures (GPU and CPU), optimization strategies and profiling tools.
  • Passionate about rendering systems and facilitating efficient team workflows.
  • Computer science degree
  • Bonus if you have Experience working on VFX systems
