This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model (at least 2 in-office days per week).

What You Will Do 

Nasdaq Corporate Access Platforms provides our clients with solutions to help them manage and master the two-way flow of information to reach shareholders, customers, employees, regulators or the media to inform, inspire and influence the audiences critical to their success. We provide an unmatched suite of advanced technology, analytics and consultative services across investor relations & corporate governance. 

As part of our global client success organization, the Senior Investor Relations Product Analyst will provide exemplary reactive and proactive customer support via email, phone, and live chat. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Nasdaq’s desktop and mobile-based Investor Relations workflow products. In this role, you will conduct proactive outreach as well as respond to a wide variety of inquiries, including but not limited to financial data questions, product functionality, technical questions, and industry best practices. 

  

Your Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Providing support to a wide range of client queries via email, phone, and live chat; 

  • Participating in tailored proactive client outreach campaigns designed to increase usage by highlighting new features or encouraging usage on underused components; 

  • Working closely with a team of Product Specialists and Account Managers to provide outstanding customer service for a global client base; 

  • Troubleshooting and facilitating the resolution of technical and data issues and inquiries; 

  • Documenting and tracking all client interactions in Nasdaq's CRM system; 

  • Acquiring and maintaining a strong working knowledge of the Investor Relations industry and customer success best practices  

  

What We Expect 

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Finance, with at least 3 years of experience in client-facing service roles such as customer support of PC hardware, software or web-based information tools and systems 
  • Understanding of Financial Markets 
  • Excellent presentation and remote training skills, experience using Zoom is a plus 
  • Superior attention to detail while handling multiple concurrent tasks 
  • Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills, including the ability to build and manage client relationships 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written;  
  • Strong communication and listening skills; 
  • Positive attitude and deep customer service orientation - fundamentals include being friendly and engaging, professional, reliable, responsive, and proactive; 
  • Willingness to work within US EST business hours (night shift) and twice a week in our office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
