We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Engineering Team. Reporting to the Senior Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Qualification strategy in a Saas Environment aligned with the company's overall goals and Customer expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and engineers, fostering a culture of, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management, SRE and customer support, to ensure Quality is integrated seamlessly throughout the product life cycle
- Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly validate the functionality, scale, stability, performance, and security of our products
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a management role with Networking or Security industry background
- Extensive knowledge of Automated test methodologies, tools, and processes
- Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong problem-solving and Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions abilities
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Good knowledge of Cloud platforms (ex: Azure, AWS), Networking, HTTP/HTTPS.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent military experience required
