As a Senior Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and cloud environments such as AWS and GCP to support our continued growth. In this role on our Network Operations team, you’ll support our production network, aiming to provide consistent connectivity and experience for our customers. You will drive innovation by automating network operations and provide leadership in troubleshooting, mentoring, and global cross-functional projects.
Design, build, configure, monitor, and maintain our global network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Configure and administer existing networking equipment located at Data Centers and Remote Sites.
Configure and administer multi-cloud environments in AWS and GCP, ensuring connectivity and security best practices.
Automate our network utilizing Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Troubleshoot network failures and performance issues.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for network-related incidents and outages.
At least 5 years of experience with networking equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, preferably with Fortinet, Aruba, and Juniper devices.
Solid experience in designing and building remote sites and data centers.
Proficiency in cloud networking technologies, particularly in GCP or AWS environments.
Strong proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and firewall configurations.
Experience working with monitoring systems such as DataDog.
Skilled in automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
Proficiency in using CI/CD tools, Jira, and Agile Methodologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Any relevant certifications such as Fortinet NSE, CCNP, CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Network Engineer.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 103,700.00 USD - 129,600.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
