Job Description:
The Paid Social Senior Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, a passion for delivering outstanding results, alongside experience owning client relationships & overseeing and managing a team.
Develops account strategy in partnership with client and Paid Social Director and is accountable for the execution of strategy and achievement of KPIs for complex, international brands.
Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
Owns and manages the client relationship, being the go-to day-to-day contact & leading the strategic thinking for the account.
Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client. Take an active role in leading weekly team statuses, delegating tasks and deadlines to other team members, and contributing to internal leadership projects.
Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors
Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams
Ensure account processes are upheld through rigorous QA and identify areas for improvement.
Pursue opportunities to work and integrate social with broader planning efforts.
Excel in coaching and retaining team members, developing their tactical and account management skills, including insight writing. Develop direct reports during 1:1s, providing regular feedback
Support the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management.
Strong experience in executing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment, and with multi-million-pound budgets.
Experience Managing a team
Proficiency in managing and planning both brand & performance campaigns across various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
Strong understanding of, and the ability to articulate well, paid social principles, best practices, and industry trends
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Experience presenting these findings to a variety of audiences with varying levels of complexity.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Proven track record of delivering successful paid social campaigns and achieving key performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA)
