Job Responsibilities :
As our Social Media Content and Partnerships Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to craft and manage engaging social personas for individuals. You'll be responsible for creating authentic, compelling content that reflects unique personalities and interests, while also fostering meaningful connections with their online communities.
Working directly with our Global Head of PR and Partnerships, the job entails the following:
- Persona Development: Collaborate with individuals to develop and maintain personalized social media personas that align with Razer’s goals and values.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and tailored content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, fun, and supportive environment.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and other relevant organizations to expand the reach.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize the individual's online presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote personal brands, projects, or events.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their features
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good-to-have(s):
- Experience with social media advertising and paid promotions
- Knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools
