Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to manage the social media content ecosystem and KOL ecosystem for our games, serving our core user base. The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of social media experience in a gaming company and possess a strong ability to think from the perspective of content-driven game user operations.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the development team to complete marketing strategies, content creation, and promotional plans, ensuring seamless execution.
Build, operate, and create content for official social media accounts on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, and Weibo, enhancing brand image and user engagement.
Develop and manage the KOL and KOC systems, stimulating content creation.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities, and assist in adjusting product and market strategies to ensure objectives are met.
Coordinate internal and external resources to build an official social media content system, serving product milestones and long-term promotions, and assist in establishing content pipelines.
Continuously expand and maintain relationships with media, brand partners, and suppliers to enhance brand exposure and influence.
Requirements:
Familiarity with Sky: Children of the Light and proficiency in operating social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, and Weibo, with a good understanding of each platform's strengths and content attributes. Practical experience in increasing fan interaction and brand influence is required.
Over 3 years of experience in public relations, brand communication, or marketing, with a preference for those with experience in the internet, gaming, or content industries.
Strong content aesthetic sense and sensitivity, excellent copywriting skills, and a deep understanding of content trends and hot topics.
Good media resources and partnership relationships, capable of establishing and maintaining stable external communication channels and mobilizing resources to meet needs.
Excellent communication and stress management skills, with a preference for candidates with experience in IP content-oriented game marketing and foreign language skills.
Strong horizontal communication and growth abilities, able to coordinate multiple departments to achieve promotional goals, and possess good team collaboration awareness.
