Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Community Manager to drive our community strategy and roadmap. This individual will work closely with our support team to build and nurture our community, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Community Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy to grow and maintain a positive, active community.
• Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop and refine the community roadmap, aligning it with overall company goals.
• Community Engagement: Engage with the community through various channels, including social media, forums, and in-app interactions, to foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
• Support Collaboration: Work closely with the support team to address community issues, gather feedback, and ensure prompt and effective resolution of user concerns.
• Event Planning: Organize and manage community events, contests, and activities to boost engagement and user retention.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including posts, newsletters, and updates, to keep the community informed and excited about new features and events.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor community metrics and analytics to measure engagement, identify trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Moderation Oversight: Ensure community guidelines are followed, promote positive behavior, and manage moderation efforts to maintain a safe environment.
• Feedback Loop: Gather and relay community feedback to the product team to inform feature development and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the gaming industry.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse community.
• Tools: Proficiency with community management tools and social media platforms.
• Passion: Deep understanding of gaming culture and a passion for creating positive, inclusive online communities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
