One Of Us is a visual effects studio founded in London in 2004 by co-directors Rachael Penfold, Dominic Parker and Tom Debenham.

With a dynamic team of over 350 highly skilled professionals, we take pride in pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling with experience in all stages of production, from concept through to planning, photography and post-production.

From breathtaking fantasy landscapes to gripping action sequences, our portfolio spans a diverse range of genres and award winning projects such as Pinocchio, The Witcher and The Crown.

The role. Studio Runner based in London, reporting to the Studio & Culture Manager.

Studio Runners are key members of our People and Culture team who are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our studio, as well as providing assistance to our wider teams such as Production, Crewing, Tech and other administrative support. Providing support in a creative working environment means that you'll get to know every inch of our studio which will give you a unique insight into how everything works as well as getting to know a wide cross-section of the crew that make up our studio team.

Responsibilities:

  

  • Providing outstanding hospitality to all visiting clients and guests
  • Creating a warm welcome and sociable atmosphere for those working from our studio
  • Assisting Production Teams with important client meetings
  • Working in shifts in line with Studio opening and closing times, covering the front desk when needed
  • Working with the Office Manager to keep the office well stocked and meeting rooms and shared spaces ready for use
  • Ensuring kitchens and communal areas are clean, tidy and fully stocked
  • Assisting support teams with general administrative tasks
  • Note taking during company meetings
  • Brainstorming event ideas with The Studio & Culture Manager and assisting with the planning and running of events.
  • Gather any feedback to continually enhance our working environment
  • Assisting Production with placing post show merchandise orders
  • Organizing external deliveries/pickups

Studio Location:

We have a great office on Tabernacle St near Old Street Station, where our artists are based.


  One of Us require candidates to reside in the UK or France, depending on the location of the role, or must be willing to relocate for the duration of the contract. All candidates must disclose if they have an existing Right to Work in the relevant country, or would require sponsorship support, i.e. Visa.
