The Opportunity:
As we develop new games aimed at achieving the perfect product-market fit, ‘Community’ will play a critical role in understanding our target audience and fostering an engaged, loyal player base. This role involves working closely with the new games and marketing teams to share insights from the existing community and lay the foundation for our own.
The Day to Day:
Understand Target Community (Social Listening / Community Research)
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for social listening to gain deep insights into our target audience, helping to build detailed audience profiles that will shape our strategy and ensure we build content that connects with players in meaningful ways.
Nurture and build community relationships
We aim to foster strong advocacy and loyalty within the specific community we want to engage with through our games. Our goal is to inspire members of this community to rally around the game, sharing their excitement and experiences (early game tests etc.) with friends and family.
Build a Pre-Launch Community
Once we have understood the community and engaged with them on other channels, we can begin promoting our owned channel and build our own community for the launch of the game.
