TiMi Studio Group is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Europe to lead publishing activities and initiatives. Responsibilities include business development, negotiations, contract management, identifying strategic brand partnerships, coordinating resources, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in game business development, strong negotiation skills, extensive network within Western markets, deep understanding of the Western game market landscape, and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Award-winning TiMi Studio Group seeks a Senior Business development manager in Europe to help with publishing activities and initiatives within Europe.

-Lead business development, negotiations, and contract management for TiMi games in Western markets.

-Identify and secure strategic brand partnerships to expand game market reach, including FMCG brands, consumer electronics, and exhibitions.

-Coordinate internal and external resources; conduct market research and competitive analysis to support informed business decisions.

-Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 8 Years Experience: Proven track record in game business development, showcasing strong negotiation skills and expertise in contract management

-Extensive Network: Well-connected within Western markets; experience with brand partnerships is highly preferred

-Market Insight: Deep understanding of the Western game market landscape and industry trends

-Skills: Detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills, a collaborative teamwork spirit, and critical thinking capabilities
-Languages: Fluent communication skills in English is a must, ability to speak Chinese is a plus
