The Microfluidics Technology and Operations team is seeking a forward-thinking candidate to architect and drive HP’s innovative microfluidics-based data center cooling solution’s supply chain, and set up, manage and optimize this new supply chain operations.
This senior-level contributor who will be involved various activities including supply-chain network design, procurement, logistics management and negotiations, and is ideal for a candidate who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to collaborate on end-to-end deliverables. This position requires deep understanding of the semiconductor supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Architecture: Define and develop flows of components and assembly that align with business goals.
Supply Chain Roadmap: develop a 3-year end-to-end operational strategy to enhance competitive differentiation overtime while improving cost, quality and flexibility.
Partner Management: build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Use your knowledge of the semiconductor industry to negotiate contracts and terms while protecting IP, know-how, trade secrets and supporting overall business needs and timelines.
Program Management: drives and manage complex end-to-end supply chain-related programs, with full ownership from planning to execution.
Process improvement: identify areas for process improvement within the new supply chain. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify potential risks within the supply-chain and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Data Analysis: Create data strategy to collect & analyze supply chain data and drive insights. Identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall supply chain strategies and long-term goals of the organization.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering or equivalent. A master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of designing and implementing new supply chains.
Experience in semiconductor industry. Has extensive experience interfacing with suppliers, vendors and contract manufacturers.
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Program management experience, particularly with suppliers
Results Oriented, Learning Agility, Digital Fluency & Customer Centricity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $15.850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
