Job Description

Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Service in Delhi, New Delhi. The role involves managing sales enrollments and sales within the city, conducting market research to identify prospective customers, and leading and motivating a sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure team members are actively engaged in market activities for enrollments and usage. This position requires strong networking capabilities and a willingness to travel extensively. Key responsibilities include managing a designated sales territory to achieve sales targets, building a database of key contacts, fostering client relationships, and managing category leads from qualification to closure. The company aims to bring half a billion Indians into the mainstream economy and offers opportunities for wealth creation.

Channel Sales experience
Handled a 5-member sales team

Education

Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.

Job Descriptions-

 Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.

 Do the market race and prepare the list of prospective customers ,

 Handle the Team Members and motivate them for better sales ,

 Ensure the team members are in market where enrollments & usage are done regularly.

 Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel extensively throughout their specified areas

Key Role:

 Manage an assigned geographic sales area to maximize sales target and meet corporate.

 Objectives Build Database of key contact persons in the assigned geography.

 Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel Manage Category leads from qualification to closure
