Award-winning TiMi Studio Group seeks a Senior Monetization Specialist to join the TiMi Montréal team in developing a AAA, open-world game based on a new IP. The project will be released on multiple platforms, with an objective to reach a global audience.

What will you do?
You will be contributing to the product monetization business strategy as well as its live performance management
Foster strong relationships with other members of our development team to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving product goals
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and development team, provide strategic feedback of our games using your knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape
Collaborate with game development core team to define the core GaaS loops that support a commercial vision, rich engaging gameplay as well as driving overall reach of our games
Provide detailed insights regarding game and business model design in order to directly influence the development of our game
Deliver against commercial forecasts and goals, reporting upwards to executive level
Identify player needs and spot opportunities to build features that improve engagement and retention, grow the user base and engage our players
Manage all communication on a monthly basis for KPIs, OKRs, and other metrics for the game during testing, through launch and beyond
Drive forecasting and budget input
Utilize extensive game analytics and analysis to monitor game performance once it’s live, while identifying new opportunities to increase user conversion, retention, monetization
Manage strategy and provide input into plans for strong player-facing communications and in-game events
Proactively identify opportunities and risks to improve the work of the team, the quality of the project, and studio knowledge as a whole
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products
Requirements / Exigences:
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in product management
Proven experience delivering product plans which maximize revenue
An individual who can influence the strategy and drive outcomes at all phases of the game’s development
Experience with Games-as-a-Services titles is a must
At least one AAA action title shipped
At least one product shipped of the current generation of games (PS4/XBOX ONE)
Able to communicate effectively verbally and visually. Positive attitude and a desire to bring new ideas to the team
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
