Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves developing and managing long-term IT strategies for Smilegate Holdings, encompassing IT business planning, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) management, and identifying/implementing improvements. Responsibilities include formulating IT strategies, managing IT projects, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience in IT strategy, planning, DX, or PMO, and a strong understanding of IT technologies (projects, operations, security).
Must have:
- 7-10 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong IT strategy and planning skills
- Comprehensive understanding of IT technologies
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively
Good to have:
- IT-related degree (MIS, Computer Science)
- Experience across various IT areas (strategy, projects, operations, development, procurement)
- Experience with data analysis and data platforms

- IT전략/기획 레벨의 개선 과제 도출 및 개선 방안 수립
자격요건
- 유관 경력 7년 ~ 10년 (IT 전략/기획, DX, PMO 등)
- IT 기술 관련 전반적 지식 보유 (프로젝트, IT운영, 보안 등)
필요역량
- 전략적, 논리적 사고 기반 IT 전략 수립 및 기획 능력
- IT와 연관된 기업 주요 프로세스에 대한 전반적 이해
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문서 작성 역량
- 연관 부서와 협업 역량
우대사항
- IT 관련 전공자 (경영정보시스템, 컴퓨터공학 등)
- 전반적인 IT 영역에 대한 경험(전략/기획, 프로젝트, 운영/개발, 구매 등)
- 데이터분석, 데이터플랫폼에 대한 경험 및 이해
