Job Description

This is a senior project management role for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include collaborating with the project management team on development, creating and maintaining project plans, establishing development process standards for realistic 3A content, optimizing production efficiency, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of experience managing large game projects (3A and launch experience preferred), a deep understanding of Unreal Engine, experience with online game development and agile project management, and strong English communication skills.

Must have:

3+ years of large game project management experience
3A game and launch experience
Unreal Engine understanding
Agile project management knowledge
Excellent English communication

Good to have:

Technical development background

岗位职责

1.与项目管理团队配合，进行3A动作游戏项目的开发管理；
2.参与及推进游戏预研期项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，确保项目按计划完成；
3.制定并推广写实3A规格内容的开发流程规范管理，优化研发生产效率；
4.及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险。

岗位要求

1.本科及以上学历，3年或以上大型游戏项目管理经验，有3A和项目上线经验者优先；
2. 深度理解虚幻引擎游戏研发团队的架构和流程，有技术开发背景经验优先；
3.对大型在线联网游戏开发过程管理、敏捷项目管理有认知或实践经验；
4.有游戏研发英文沟通能力者优先。
