Job Details
Paradoxum Games is looking for Game Producer to join our production team! As a Game Producer, you will be overseeing various initiatives and features across the Paradoxum Games team.
You're a great fit for this role if you are:
- Self-motivated and highly organized with strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with robust time and project management abilities.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
- Capable of meeting strict deadlines and ensuring product quality throughout game development and post-launch.
- Proficient in standard practices of Agile and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Have technical knowledge and understanding either from a CS degree or hands-on engineering experience
You will:
- Lead the development and implementation of major features across multiple disciplines / teams for Paradoxum Games.
- Manage the coordination of project timelines, features, and teams, and break down long-term plans into specific actionable tasks.
- Coordinate communication, organization, and risk management to ensure successful delivery within your scope of responsibility.
- Participate in improving project-wide initiatives to achieve consistent and reliable live-op releases.
- Make informed decisions based off of player analytics / data on the future direction for Paradoxum Games.
