Game Producer needed for Paradoxum Games with leadership, communication, and project management skills, skilled in Agile and SDLC.
Paradoxum Games is looking for Game Producer to join our production team! As a Game Producer, you will be overseeing various initiatives and features across the Paradoxum Games team.
You're a great fit for this role if you are:
Self-motivated and highly organized with strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with robust time and project management abilities.
Skilled in conflict resolution and risk mitigation.
Capable of meeting strict deadlines and ensuring product quality throughout game development and post-launch.
Proficient in standard practices of Agile and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Have technical knowledge and understanding either from a CS degree or hands-on engineering experience
You will:
Lead the development and implementation of major features across multiple disciplines / teams for Paradoxum Games.
Manage the coordination of project timelines, features, and teams, and break down long-term plans into specific actionable tasks.
Coordinate communication, organization, and risk management to ensure successful delivery within your scope of responsibility.
Participate in improving project-wide initiatives to achieve consistent and reliable live-op releases.
Make informed decisions based off of player analytics / data on the future direction for Paradoxum Games.
