a history of working in video game production in AAA projects "from the concept to the box",
experience with co development or outsourcing production
preferable previous experience with working with Unreal Engine 4 and/or 5
a proven record of agile practices in game development environment, you are able to promote, implement and execute agile methodology,
ability to set ambitious goals and effectively reach them (and you are not afraid of the ROI analysis),
ambition and motivation to have a direct impact on the final product,
skills to truly solve any problem, going beyond stereotypical and obvious solutions and you proactively initiate changes,
experience working with JIRA,
