TLDR
As a 3D Artist you will be responsible for creating rich interactive 3D assets (environments, props) to support gameplay. You'll be working of concept arts, aligning to the Art Director's vision and helping improve it through your artistic and technical talent.
You'll need to be able to craft the highest quality assets with the requirements of realtime VR, have excellent artistry, good communication skills and a propension for problem solving.
You’ll land at FitXR at a very exciting moment for the Art and the wider team, producing environments and props based on a wide variety of themes that will inspire fitness enthusiasts and gamers alike. You´ll be a contributor in shaping the way we deliver the best fitness experience VR/MR can offer for all upcoming headsets.
Where you’ll spend your time
Model, unwarp, texture, optimise and integrate (in Unity) high-quality, immersive 3D assets that push the visual boundaries and captivate our audience
Offer innovative solutions and creative input on various projects, ensuring our visuals are top-notch
Deliver exceptional work within production schedules, maintaining the highest quality standards
Assist fellow artists in ensuring assets are created and implemented correctly, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
We’d love to see from you
A solid background in a similar role with a track record of multiple shipped games
A portfolio that showcases your exceptional environment art and asset creation abilities
In-depth understanding of 3D production in Unity, coupled with proficiency in 3D and 2D tools such as 3DsMax, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Zbrush, Marmoset, and Photoshop.
A deep understanding of environmental art, with the ability to create captivating and coherent visual worlds
Experience creating comprehensive documentation, briefs, style guides, and concepts to support and maintain the project vision
