Our Growth team in Toronto are currently looking for an Account Manager to join the team. 

As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of top tier clients who demand the very best experience and customer care. Additionally, anticipate their needs and build an experience that surpasses our clients’ own high expectations. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategically service a portfolio of approx. 170 valued clients. 
  • Confidently handle high level escalations and diffuse heated situations.
  • Compliant with all team and business mandates with minimal supervision.
  • Be the bridge between the customer and compliance teams, supporting VGW in adhering to their compliance obligations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate and understand the headlines, KPIs and key activities which drive the performance of your portfolio.

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3-5 years demonstrated B2C relationship management experience.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at sustaining high value level relationships.
  • 2-3 years experience hitting productivity targets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using various software and technology platforms, including CRM database management experience.
  • Ability to understand the implications of actions and make recommendations for solutions.
