You will report to Sr Mgr-Account Management

What You Will Do

  • Liaise within YS structure of Project Management, Creative, Production and Business Affairs to ensure all work is being vetted and validated at the appropriate stages.

  • Establish entrepreneurial mindset and drive projects and work with high level of autonomy.

  • Exude excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with heightened attention to detail

  • Possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a passion for making exceptional contributions for the greater good of the team including by not limited to:

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a consistently fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity/Proficiency with programs such as Workfront and other collaboration tools required for efficiency

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, and direction while also being an effective team player.

  • Experience with targeted audience communications and

  • Have the confidence to consult/interact/guide all internal teams during the creative process from inception through production and delivery while understanding your role in the process at every step.

  • Independently sends and responds to client communications in a timely manner.

  • Owns all meeting and presentation preparation for partners; including but not limited to -- setting meeting agendas based on partner priorities and the project plan, delegating tasks for meeting prep, etc.

  • Responsible for communicating internal YS leadership and partner feedback to the right internal team member(s) to make sure the feedback is incorporated into future deliverables.

  • Work with Project Managers to ensure timelines are developed, internally approved, and shared with Marketing Strategy partners for all creative initiatives. Agreed upon timelines should also be distributed internal stakeholders as needed.

  • Set up meetings as needed and capturing detailed and digestible meeting notes to be used in recaps.

  • Responding to Partner and internal emails with knowledgeable and detailed responses in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of ad agency account management, professional marketing, or related experience.

  • Knowledge of communication media including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production processes supporting them.

  • Experience leading a high volume of projects and associated tactics

  • Have a broad vision while still focusing on the small details; accountable to promptly provide what is expected.

  • Proficiency in establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and peers to problem solve and inspire others.

  • Optimize projects for redundancy and establish efficiencies across business segments and campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable of the full agency Account Management process and project tools (Like Workfront)

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
