As an Account Manager (Payment Partners) at MY.GAMES, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, including business functions, development, publishing, and external payment providers. Responsibilities include project management for payment services implementation, ensuring alignment and optimal processes. You'll identify opportunities for new integrations, enhance existing processes, and facilitate knowledge sharing between teams. This role requires understanding of payments and operations, leading integration conversations, API familiarity, and experience in project management. What you’ll do:
  • Work closely, collaborate with, and perform project management for various stakeholders across the organization, including business functions, development, publishing, external partners (e.g. payment providers)
  • Ensure alignment on payment services implementation, as well as role clarity and optimal processes for continuous functionality and improvement of our Payment Operations
  • Identify opportunities for new integrations, enhance existing processes through novel approaches while always keeping the end-users in mind
  • Facilitate knowledge building and knowledge sharing between teams and projects
What you need to succeed:
  • Understanding of payments and payment operations
  • Ability to lead integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner
  • Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to our merchants (e.g. gaming studios under MY.GAMES brand)
  • Experience practicing in small to medium scale project management
  • Excellent analytical abilities and experience with data-driven decision making
