About the Role
We are on the lookout for an Affiliates Lead to join our Growth Marketing team who focus on using digital, creative and brand initiatives that drive profitable revenue at VeVe. This is a full-time contract role, ideally based in North America (Remote).
As the Affiliates Lead at Veve, you will:
- Develop, manage, and optimise VeVe’s global affiliate marketing program.
- Focus on building and leveraging partnerships to drive new user acquisition, aligned with business targets.
The key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-quality affiliates, influencers, and media partners to drive user acquisition and engagement, serving as the primary point of contact, and providing them with the necessary resources and assets to succeed.
- Developing commission structures and incentives that attract top-tier partners while balancing profitability and scalability.
- Negotiating and securing agreements with affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Developing and tracking KPIs, reporting on key metrics such as revenue, traffic, conversions and partner growth.
- Working closely with the Growth Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Community teams to align affiliate efforts with broader initiatives.
About You
You will have:
- A passion for disrupting industries, a focus on data-driven decision making and a strong focus on business growth!
- Solid experience in affiliate marketing roles, preferably within the digital or Web3 space.
- Proven track record of personally developing and scaling affiliate programs that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with VeVe’s product and community, as well as the broader collectibles and pop culture landscape is highly desirable.
