Scopely is looking for an Producer to join The Looney Tunes team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do

  • Work closely with the art director and project leads to define priorities and ensure the art production aligns with the game’s creative vision and technical specifications
  • Manage and coordinate external art vendors, ensuring they deliver high-quality assets (2D/3D, animation, VFX) on schedule
  • Implement and maintain an efficient art production pipeline, optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks to ensure seamless delivery & integration of assets into the game engine
  • Act as the key point of contact for the in-house art team, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to meet production goals
  • Manage team meetings, art reviews, and sprint planning sessions, ensuring clear milestones and accountability
  • Maintain detailed documentation of asset development, pipeline workflows, and vendor management processes
  • Prepare reports on art production metrics, such as timelines, prioritisation, and budget adherence
  • Work with QA teams to address any art-related bugs or issues that arise during production and testing

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in managing and coordinating external art vendors
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Experience in using project management tools such as Jira, Sheets / Smartsheets
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure assets meet both creative and technical standards
  • 3+ years of experience in art production
  • Strong understanding of art production workflows, including asset creation, integration, and review
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, strong communication skill

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with mobile game development pipelines and technical limitations of mobile platforms
  • Knowledge of game engines (Unity) and 2D/3D tools (Photoshop, Maya, Blender, Substance Painter)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Art, or related field (preferred)
  • GIT knowledge for PR requests and approvals
