The Art Implementer at Sperasoft is responsible for implementing artwork from environment and prop artists, creating LODs and collisions for game-ready assets, setting up placeholder assets with correct naming and file structure, and implementing prototypes and final assets into the game. They will contribute to a team-oriented environment, addressing and re-implementing assets to fix errors. This role requires 2+ years of experience as an Environment/3D Props Artist, solid modeling skills in Blender and Maya, understanding of modular environment workflows, proficiency with game industry software, experience optimizing polygon counts, creating and managing LODs, setting up collision models, and the ability to receive and apply constructive feedback. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential.
