This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

AI-Driven Video Production: Utilize AI tools and platforms (such as Deep Brain, Synthesia, and Runway ML) to create videos, including automated video editing, animation, and effects.

Content Development: Collaborate with content creators and scriptwriters to develop engaging video content using AI-generated characters, voiceovers, and other assets.

Video Editing: Use AI-powered software to edit video footage, apply transitions, colour grading, and special effects to enhance the visual appeal of the content.

Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyse video performance data and use AI algorithms to optimize content for better engagement and reach. Adjust videos based on insights and trends.

Research and Implementation: Stay up to date with the latest AI video production technologies and tools. Implement new technologies and techniques to enhance video production processes.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and creative departments, to ensure video content aligns with overall brand strategy and goals.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality for all video outputs, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Experimentation: Experiment with new AI technologies and workflows to continuously improve video production capabilities and efficiency People & Practice Management:

Drive the vision for OGD Creative studio by putting in place the right systems, structure,

and processes.

Build a culture of high performance and partner approach with Omnicom agency stakeholders.

Manage all governance processes of the studio including time sheets, budgeting, risk management, staffing and overall compliance.

Own and drive the recruitment process to hire high quality creative talent; Be responsible.

Understand current and future practice/studio requirements. Partner with functions like

TA, Client Success, Governance and Finance to shape growth.

A minimum of 6-9 years of experience

Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role in an advertising agency or related industry.

Proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.

Experience: Proven experience in video production, video editing, and motion graphics. Experience with AI-driven video production tools is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and AI tools (such as Deep Brain, Runway ML, or similar platforms).

Creative Skills: Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and design. Ability to create compelling video content that resonates with diverse audiences.

AI Knowledge: Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning principles as they relate to video production. Familiarity with generative AI tools and deep learning techniques is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze video performance data and make data-driven decisions to enhance content effectiveness.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality content.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and across departments.

Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new AI tools and video production technologies.

Education: A degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Experience working in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.

Familiarity with 3D modelling and animation software.

Experience in live video production and streaming.

Knowledge of scriptwriting and storyboarding for video content.
