The Area Operations Staff supports the Area Operations Supervisor in all operational aspects at the area level. This includes managing driver engagement, acquisition, and resolving driver issues in the field. Responsibilities involve handling conflicts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The role requires problem-solving abilities, coordinating escalated issues, managing driver communications, overseeing driver care service, executing operational events, and managing the driver support unit's processes. The Area Operations Staff will work closely with drivers and be the initial point of contact for issue escalation.
