Job Description

This Associate - IFS - IT Infrastructure role at PwC Indonesia involves working with the latest technology platforms in IT infrastructure and security. Responsibilities include managing high availability IT infrastructure architecture, Active Directory and Windows Server infrastructure, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, virtualization technology, SAN infrastructure, and next-generation firewalls and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, familiarity with system architecture and network technologies, and experience with network equipment troubleshooting and performance monitoring systems. Experience with user account management, remote access systems, and network security systems is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree or higher degrees in Computer Science or other disciplines with sufficient technical experience and expertise. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Minimum GPA of 2.85 out of 4.00
General familiarity with various system architecture and network technologies.
Familiar with installing and troubleshooting network equipment and appliances.
Familiar with the utilization of the network performance monitoring system.
Familiar with Internet and Intranet networking systems and protocols.
Familiar with user account management and enterprise deployment is a definite advantage.
Working experience in installing and configuring remote access systems is an added advantage.
Working experience in designing and implementing network security systems is a plus.
Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude
