Backend Web Developer

Advanced PHP / MySQL and Javascript Backend Web Developer

We are seeking a full-time backend web developer to join our growing team.

The Role

You will work on our website, including both frontend and backend areas. Everything is written in-house, and we are passionate about everything we produce.

You will be involved in adding new functionality to our custom-built platform and enhancing existing features.

About You

You must have at least 5 years of web development experience and the following:

• Solid skills and experience with PHP 8.1, SQL/MySQL 8, and JavaScript. This is critical, and you will be tested.
• Strong skills in database design.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS/LessCSS.
• Experience with Git version control
• Experience with S3-compatible storage systems
• Experience using Composer
• Experience using and creating REST APIs
• Experience with multi-language/localised data
• Excellent communication skills and international exposure
