The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development projects and be able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Able to articulate business needs and product requirements.
- Define and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and use cases. Define acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Assist in backlog refinement based on prioritization of user stories.
- Responsible in the creation of project plans and timelines, tracking action item progress and report to ITBP.
- Validate that the solution developed is according to what was requested and meets the business requirements
- Organize for UAT with business, assist in creating test cases, performing preliminary UAT, provide UAT training, assist in UAT defect reporting and retesting arrangement for business.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, ITBP and technical teams.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor, IT Business Partner Manager.
