Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Nagarro + MBIS, you'll be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment. Key responsibilities include building and managing talent pipelines, creating job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, headhunting, reference checks, and contributing to recruitment process improvements. You will report directly to management and need strong communication, project management, and time management skills. The role requires proactive, results-oriented individuals capable of working independently and collaboratively.

As Nagarro + MBIS, we are looking for a "Technical Recruiter" to be responsible for Full Life Cycle Recruitment in our growing organization. The person will be reporting directly to the managerial level and be responsible for the below-mentioned clauses.

Job Description

- Proactively build, develop and manage key external talent pipelines,

- Keep and update external talent data,

- Prepare job advertisements, organize the announcements of the job on career portals,

- Assess the applications, invite and interview with the candidate,

- Directly make head-hunt searches if and when necessary,

- Submit the short-list in the shortest time possible,

- Reference checking and conducting proposal stage,

- Contribute to the improvement of the current recruitment system to reach operational excellence,

- Outstanding and informative communicator,

- Multiple and simultaneous project management capability,

- Proactive and result oriented,

- Attention to detail and organizational skills,

- Ability to work independently and as a team member,

- Energetic, self-driven, ready to work hands-on,

- Strong time management skills and attentiveness to responsibilities,

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Labor Economy, Sociology, Psychology, Business and/or related areas, HR degree is a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment arena,

- Significant experience in Talent Acquisition in technical consultancy arena,

- Fluent in both oral and written English,

- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications.
