Key Responsibility :
- Work on the open positions and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.
- Sourcing candidates by using the portals
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for the open positions
- Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
- Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management
- Client Mapping , Competitive analysis.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Work with internal business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1 - 4 yrs of experience in Non IT Recruitment
- Experience and ability in managing revenue targets
- Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Negotiation skills and Industry understanding
- Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability
- Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
