Our fast growing gaming client is seeking a visionary VP of Human Resources to lead its people strategy as they scale globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across multiple time zones
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives for a geographically dispersed team
• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages suitable for various global markets
• Implement performance management and employee engagement programs tailored to remote work
• Ensure legal compliance and risk management across different jurisdictions
• Foster a diverse, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture in a virtual environment
• Develop effective communication strategies to maintain connectivity among remote teams
Ideal Qualifications:
• 7+ years HR leadership experience, preferably in tech or gaming with remote teams
• Strong understanding of startup dynamics and scaling challenges in a distributed work model
• Experience with rapid hiring and team growth across multiple countries
• Knowledge of HR tech and analytics, particularly tools that support remote collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on virtual team management
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, adaptable approach to remote work challenges
• Proven track record in creating and maintaining company culture in distributed teams
