Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Experience: 02 years to 05 years of relevant experience

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Salary: No bar for a deserving candidate

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

Managing employee relations and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Developing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and retention.

Leading performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Contributing to strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth and success.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field

Excellent leadership, presentation, communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
