This internship offers a chance to contribute to ByteDance's Early Careers team, supporting campus recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with campus outreach, intern/graduate recruitment, talent mapping, assessment, interview coordination, preparing event materials (EDM, posters, presentations), building a strong candidate pool, tracking project progress, maintaining the student database, supporting interview training, and handling administrative tasks. The internship provides practical experience in a fast-paced environment, allowing you to develop career interests and skills. A minimum 3-month commitment is required. The ideal candidate is an undergraduate pursuing a related degree with a passion for recruitment and innovative ideas.

About the Team The Early Careers team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract, and recruit high potential students. Responsibilities: 1. Support the team with all campus recruitment-related initiatives (campus outreach, intern/graduate recruitment, talent mapping, assessment, and interview coordination). 2. Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc). 3. Work with the team to build a strong talent pool of high-potential candidates. 4. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects. 5. Update and maintain the student database. 6. Provide support for interview training and administrative matters. 7. Support the team with recruitment-related activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 1. Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in human resources, marketing, mass communication or a related technical discipline from a reputable university. 2. A passion for recruitment. 3. Able to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. 4. Strong problem capabilities to accomplish duties and tasks assigned. 5. Good written and oral communication skills. 6. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Preferred Qualification: 7. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. 8. Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, minimally Canva preferred.
