What you will be doing: 1. Responsible for the server R&D and solution design of the BytePlus website and toB growth platform, and undertake key technical issues; 2. In-depth understanding of platform business, technology-driven, participate in technical planning, reasonable selection, and promote implementation; 3. Optimize backend system performance, promptly respond to and resolve online emergencies, and ensure service stability.

Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, 3 years or more of back-end development work experience; - Proficient in at least one programming language and framework (such as Golang/C++/Java, etc.), and have strong system architecture capabilities; - Familiar with distributed system principles, microservice framework, master an RPC framework, and understand its implementation principles; - Familiar with common network protocols TCP/IP, HTTP protocols, and familiar with middleware such as MySQL, Redis, kafka, etc Preferred Qualifications - Experience in AI LLM development or large-scale system development - Have good teamwork skills, initiative and motivation ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
