About the job:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will help drive projects to improve finance processes that the company manages through the business applications it builds and uses. You will work on a range of different types of projects and business processes, and have a background that demonstrates this ability. You will partner with internal business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements, organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery, participate in system implementation projects (e.g., requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution), plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements. You will also support and upgrade implemented systems, promote project management best practices, coordinate cross-team and cross-site dependencies, and demonstrate ability in building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration, information gathering, influencing, and strategic decision making.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience designing and implementing Finance systems
  • Experience working in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), or SAP Business Warehouse and other Financial Systems
  • Knowledge of business processes relating to Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, or Order to Cash
  • Understanding of SAP Financial processes, including period close
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and a rapidly changing landscape
  • Excellent customer empathy, attention to detail, and communication skills
Good to have:
  • 10 years of experience in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP systems deployment
  • Experience in business architecture, systems design, systems integration, data architecture, and solutions delivery

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, a similar discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience designing and implementing Finance systems.
  • Experience working in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO), or SAP Business Warehouse and other Financial Systems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP systems deployment.
  • Experience in business architecture, systems design, systems integration, data architecture, and solutions delivery.
