Channel Strategy Artificial Intelligence (AI) Champion and Program Manager

The HP Global Channel Organization has an immediate career opportunity for an Artificial Intelligence Evangelist & Program Manager to lead strategic program conception, execution and evangelism supporting AI PC channel enablement.

In this role you will influence and drive strategic planning for Channel AI PC growth, manage complex programs with internal stakeholders across personal systems and externally with partners and act as an AI evangelist both inside and outside of HP
Responsibilities include: Working with Global Business Unit, marketing, category, sales and partners to drive HP AI PC growth. Sales enablement program creation, management and execution. Acting as a HP AI PC evangelist to promote HP’s AI PC story, drive adoption of AI use cases/models and act as an expert in the use and value of AI.
Successful candidates will be adaptable, creative and tenacious. They will have a passion for customers, strong leadership attributes, drive and will to win. Must have good understanding of PC technology, knowledge of industry trends and a solid analytical and/or business acumen. Have an undergraduate degree in engineering or business. Previous Sales, Partner Management and Customer Care/Service experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Drive the implementation of HP Channel AI Strategy in the assigned geography.
Articulate and help sell the HP AI value proposition for channel partners
Collect, understand, and synthesize role-based requirements for channel trainings around AI
Formulate short and long-term AI project roadmaps, form matrix project teams, articulate workstreams, drive the team interaction cadence and own the overall project progress, monitoring and intervening on gaps.
Update and collect input from a large group of internal international stakeholders including senior managers and data scientists.
Articulate requirements for internal execution stakeholders such as sales operations and IT teams.
Engage with selected channel partners on AI projects, presenting them the deliverables and collecting their feedback and requirements.
Produce, curate and maintain up to date internal and external communication about the project progress.
Contribute to the HP AI strategy formulation.
Organize & moderate briefings, trainings and feedback meetings with market channel program leads and market channel sales teams.
Govern timelines and KPI dashboards.
Qualifications and skills:
5-10 years of work experience with data analytics and/or data-centric business management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business with strong quantitative content and performance.
Demonstrated understanding of the top existing AI tools, AI trends, and AI applications in the IT channel
Strong communicator with an energetic, positive approach and teamwork capabilities.
Strong demonstrated international project management skills.
Strong demonstrated ability to manipulate large data quantities, using e.g. SQL, Databricks, etc.
Strong business acumen, business and customer oriented.
Strong ability to produce and manage external and internal presentation and training materials, staying on brand and on message with strong visualizations.
Ability to lead in a virtual collaboration environment.
The base pay range for this role is $118,050 to $181,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
