As a Charge Back Business Analyst, you will manage, analyze, and improve chargeback and showback processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing these processes, identifying enhancements, ensuring data quality, supporting the FinOps manager, analyzing chargeback impacts, providing guidance to stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves generating reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Must have:
  • Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience
  • Understanding of CMDB data models
  • Strong analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Oracle SLQ usage
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Good to have:
  • Experience in service-driven organizations
  • Certification in Business Analyze
  • FinOps Certified Practitioner
  • Cloud platform-specific certification
  • Experience in Agile tools

ARHS Group - Part of Accenture is looking for a Charge Back Business Analyst (m/f), to join its team at the client.

As a Charge Back Business Analyst (m/f), you will play an important role in managing, analysing, and improving chargeback and showback processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage the showback and chargeback processes
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of chargeback processes
  • Ensure compliance with data quality standards across all implemented chargeback processes
  • Support the Finops manager in implementation of standards and governance framework
  • Analyse and evaluate potential chargeback impacts resulting from operational or functional changes
  • Provide clear guidance and support to stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the chargeback/showback processes
  • Act as point of contact for chargeback-related inquiries, resolving issues proactively and fostering a collaborative approach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date chargeback documentation for processes, methodologies and key metrics
  • Generate reports and dashboards for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into chargeback allocations

Your profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial topics and analysis, chargeback processes, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of CMDB data models (legacy and Cloud based) and their related services
  • Prior experience working in service-driven organizations or shared services is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel tools or BI usage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders
  • A problem-solver with a keen eye for process improvement and efficiency
  • Experience in Oracle SLQ usage
  • Some certifications are a plus:
    • Certification in Business Analyze
    • FinOps Certified Practitioner
    • Cloud platform-specific certification (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Experience in Agile tools: boards management such as Kanban, scrum, etc.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
