The Sr Lead Commercial Operations Consultant role at Syniverse involves managing operational relationships with CPasS channel partners and aggregators globally. Who We're Looking For

This role is responsible for the ongoing operational relationship with CPasS channel partners and other aggregators globally. The primary function of this role is to capture, maintain and update the value of CPasS channel partners deals for multiple use cases. This role will own effectively communicating Enterprise customer needs for messaging and data feeds (location, identity and device). This includes leading quarterly business reviews with CPasS channel partners and other aggregators including new use case approval.

Some of What You'll Do

Scope of the Role:

  • Direct Reports:  This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the operational relationship with one or multiple channel partners
  • Drive coordination of internal resources to solve operational issues
  • Identify, maintain and update the value of CPasS channel partners deals and communicate customer needs for messaging and data feeds (location, identity and device)
  • Support channel partners for CPaaS solutions and aggregator negotiations• Assess maturity of channel partners direct connects and data feed strategy to inform account strategy and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with product managers on reporting and updates for leadership.
  • Identify accelerators and impediments for Strategic Sourcing strategy.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with channel partners and other aggregators including new use case approval.
  • Liaison from Route Optimization with Product for Task allocation and monthly review
  • Maintain and develop the weekly progress list

Experience, Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 5+with telecommunication or mobile provider

Additional Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of consultative sales process
  • Self-directed and comfortable working through ambiguity, especially in a large corporate environment
