Job Overview

WoT Blitz, an online mobile shooter with 10s of millions of installs, is now seeking a passionate gamer and skilled communicator to join us in either our Austin or Chicago office!

In this role, you'll become our official liaison with North America WoT Blitz player base, tasked with boosting our community relations to the next level, supporting interactions with our core players at key touchpoints, and guiding new players along their journey to becoming Blitz super fans.

Publishing Producer

What will you do?

  • Be one of the faces and voices of World of Tanks Blitz and proactively contribute to discussions with player communities across the Social Networks, Discord, Youtube or any other channel where we need to be.

  • Content management and publishing to official Wargaming social pages.
  • Listen to community and prepare digests.

  • Collaborate with other functions and regional offices on communications planning to support game updates and a multitude of other events and communications.

  • Support regional programs for community contributors, volunteers, and other fan groups.

  • Identify opportunities for, and assist in the execution of tournaments, offline events, and player gatherings.

  • All other duties that may be assigned by the company within the scope of this role.

What are we looking for?

  • 2 + years of proven experience developing online communities. You are well-versed in community-management, communications, and moderation.

  • Social media engagement and community management skills. You know how to create content and build communication with community on social platforms to reach nice numbers and healthy discussion.

  • Mobile gaming experience.

  • Effective communication skills in English with diverse audiences in any format and on any platform, while being aware about potential sensitivities. You are comfortable and proven effective in multi-cultural environments and are capable of remaining calm and thoughtful in fast-paced high-pressure environments and when communicating publicly.

  • You take pride in maintaining and developing the skills essential to your position and are willing to assume responsibility for tasks large and small necessary to accomplish your goals. You seek to build your coworkers up and to share your knowledge and experience for the betterment of the team.

  • You engage in fighting fires to save the day, give honest, constructive and argumentative feedback both to players audience and to the team members.

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • You have WoT Blitz gaming experience.

  • You’re familiar with basic data analysis to support your reporting of community sentiment.

  • You’ve produced and hosted livestream content and are familiar with current livestream, audio and/or video tech.

Work mode

Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office)
