✅The Team

As an Advanced Enforcement Analyst, you will be working in the Enforcement Team to assist with the takedown illegal Websites, Social Media profiles, or posts and content on Instant Messaging applications.

✅Responsibilities And Duties

Process internal escalations on matters that need advanced enforcement steps.

Enforce intellectual property infringements and abusive content.

Send Enforcement notices to internet intermediaries to stop IPR infringements and other online violations.

Track and manage cases within internal systems.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of service.

Escalate within the team uncompliant intermediaries.

Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

✅Essential

Bachelor's degree relevant to this role (i.e. law, IT, etc.)

Have prior experience in Online Brand Protection (desired)

Excellent English language skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

‘Intermediate’ level of proficiency in MS Excel.

Possess a basic understanding of IT and Internet Technology

Have knowledge of Intellectual property, brand, and trademark issues

Have strong problem-solving and analytical ability.

Work well under pressure, with attention to detail.

Have excellent time/deadline-management skills.

Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and are adaptable to change.

Are a quick learner, proactive, and reliable.
