Job Description

Glorious is looking for temporary Computer Keyboard Builders to join their team for the 2024 holiday season. This in-person role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom keyboard orders. Responsibilities include assembling keyboards per customer specifications, repairing malfunctioning units, applying lubricant to components, testing keyboard functionality, and preparing completed builds for shipment. The position requires demonstrated experience building and troubleshooting electronic devices, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Must have:

Located and authorized to work in the United States
Professional fluency in English
Ability to reliably commute to our warehouse in Irving, TX
Demonstrated experience building and/or troubleshooting electronic devices
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work 4 or 8 hours daily (Monday through Friday) between 9 am and 5:30 pm

Description

This is an in-person, temporary position located at our warehouse in Irving, TX (near Dallas). This role is slated to run through the end of 2024 with the possibility of extension based on order volume.

We are currently seeking temporary Computer Keyboard Builders to join our team for the 2024 holiday season. These individuals will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting custom keyboard orders that are received via the Glorious website.

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this role is $15 USD.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble custom keyboards per customer order specifications
Repair malfunctioning units
Apply lubricant to select components prior to installation
Test keyboard functionality prior to shipment
Prepare completed builds for shipment
Assist other individuals or teams as requested

Requirements

Located and authorized to work in the United States
Professional fluency in English
Must be able to reliably commute to our warehouse in Irving, TX
Ability to work 4 or 8 hours daily (Monday through Friday) between 9 am and 5:30 pm
Demonstrated experience building and/or troubleshooting electronic devices, including keyboards and mice, PCs, laptops, monitors, etc.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to remain in a stationary position while working
Team player with high energy and ability to work with others
