As a Digital Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, analyzing customer needs and market trends, and developing compelling value propositions for products and services. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners. This role requires a deep understanding of business strategy, product management, technology, and sales processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales or business consulting with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques. You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in eCommerce product management.

Position Overview: 
 
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Leader to lead initiatives for eCommerce and to grow our services business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy, product management, technology, and sales processes. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, developing effective strategies, and ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
 
What you'll do as a Digital Leader:
 
Strategy Development: 
  • Collaborate with business leadership to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and value propositions.
  • Facilitate development of business enablement materials, such as decks, product demos, and case studies.
Process Optimization: 
  • Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement best practices and tools to streamline operations.
Business Analysis: 
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or services.
  • Develop business cases to justify investments in initiatives.
Product Positioning: 
  • Develop compelling value propositions for products and services.
  • Create effective messaging and positioning strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
 
What you'll bring to the team: 
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business consulting.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in eCommerce product management.
Compensation:      
     
Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $312,000.
     
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
