Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven total experience as 8 years with minimum (5+ years) as a Workday Integrations Lead or in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of Workday integration tools and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Studio, and other core integration tools within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and Web Services, especially as they relate to Workday integrations.
  • Experience with data transformation using RaaS for API related solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders in addition to building and maintaining relationships at all levels in the organization and with external credibility.
  • Experience with troubleshooting integration errors; partnerships with external vendors a plus .
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
  • Practical experience in applying agile practices to improve team collaboration, communication, and delivery.
  • Experience in successfully implementing and scaling agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in large and complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies, with a strong ability to tailor them to the specific needs of the development team.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
  • Any workday Integration certification is preferred.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget.
  • Familiarity with relevant compliance and security standards in relation to Workday technology.
