Job Summary
Job Description
As a Creative Account Executive at Amanotes, you'll coordinate game projects from concept to live operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll also handle asset and documentation management, perform quality checks, and manage project budgets, tracking OKRs/KPIs. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in project management and tools like Airtable, FigJam, and Confluence. A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to quality are essential.

+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage resources effectively.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, timelines, and expectations.
+ Collect and organize all required assets, footage, and documentation.
+ Perform quality checks to ensure outputs meet specifications and maintain high standards.
+ Ensure all project records are updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
+ Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Regularly update and track OKRs/KPIs to reflect team performance and project milestones.
+ Proactively identify and implement opportunities for personal and team improvement.

+ Over 2 years experience in project management or a related role.
+ Advantage: Certified Kanban Master or expertise in implementing Kanban workflows for complex projects.
