Position: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and meticulous UI/UX Designer to join our forward-thinking design team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape user-centered digital experiences that make a significant impact. You will work closely with user researchers, product development teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs, define UX strategies, and translate them into visually compelling and intuitive UI designs. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for problem-solving, and a drive to create exceptional user experiences, we would be delighted to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with user researchers to gain deep insights into user needs, pain points, and motivations, applying empathy throughout the design process.

Understand business context, user personas, task lists, information architecture, and UX strategy to develop context-specific wireframes.

Convert UX strategies into visually appealing and polished UI designs that align with the company's brand identity and design guidelines.

Create dynamic prototypes to showcase design concepts and interactions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and the development team.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and libraries, promoting consistency, efficiency, and scalability across projects.

Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure that proposed design solutions are implemented as intended, providing assistance and support during the development process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design patterns, styles, and emerging trends in UI/UX design, proactively applying them to enhance the overall user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and user researchers, to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and continuously improve the product.

Seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth by attending industry events, participating in workshops, and staying informed about advancements in UI/UX design.

Requirements

A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI/UX design and showcasing your ability to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Proven experience (2-3 years) working as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Deep knowledge of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, auto layout, and animations.

Ability to translate business requirements, user needs, and technical requirements into designs that are visually engaging, user-friendly, and emotionally compelling.

Solid understanding of information architecture, user research techniques, and usability principles.

Familiarity with design systems and modular design approaches to ensure consistency and scalability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality design work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
